Psicotec, a multinational consultancy firm specialized in Human Resources, presents its "Leadership Challenge" program

The consultancy firm offers companies and organizations a new development program aimed at professionals at leadership and middle management positions, with the aim of enhancing their leadership-related skills.

Madrid, 6 May 2014. Psicotec has officially presented in Madrid its new executive development program, “Leadership Challenge”, to a wide number of HR directors representing large multinational companies of all sectors. More than 70 people gathered at an event conducted by its general director, Mª Luisa Riobóo.

Of international implementation within any organization and regardless of the sector in which it operates, this program is based on the Schroder model, consisting of four interrelated modules: THINK, INVOLVE, INSPIRE AND DO.

Such a comprehensive program is for the first time introduced in Spain, offering businesses a real added value, since it incorporates all phases of a leadership development process, from the design of the internal communication program, through the online evaluation (using the most innovative tool in the market: My 360 Plus **), personal assessment, scientific rigor when analyzing data, as well as a new role, that of the facilitator, who will support and provide tutoring to all actors involved in the program .

Riobóo highlighted the importance of implementing such a program, since it helps organizations adapt to change, so present in our globalized society. She also affirmed that “one of the keys to business success is to which extent do leaders align with the objectives of the organization, for which it is necessary to evaluate and develop their full powers”.

Meanwhile, Vanessa Hernanz, Director of Training and Development at Psicotec, responsible for the Leadership Challenge program, closed the presentation by saying “the only certainty is uncertainty, and the only constant thing is change”, for which organizations and their leaders must be prepared. In this sense, the project represents a commitment to continue at the forefront of innovation in Human Resources.

Afterwards, participants enjoyed a cocktail by Box4you, a start-up founded by restoration professionals with over 14 years of experience.
